Neodymium magnets are the most powerful permanent magnets on the market, with the highest energy output. They have a formidable combination of high remanence and high coercive force. They can be used in all those where excellent magnetic properties are required with small component dimensions. The finely ground powders of the various components (Nd-Fe-B) are aligned through a magnetic field oriented in a preferential direction and pressed into a mold, subsequently the thermal sintering process takes place in an inert environment.
The block of Neodymium Magnet obtained is then mechanically worked to obtain the desired dimensions and shapes. Finally, the magnet obtained is covered with galvanic treatments to prevent oxidation.
