Neodymium disc magnets usually have the north and south poles on the two largest surfaces.
Operating temperature of block magnets:
Most Neodymium disc magnets can be used at temperatures up to 80 °C. Some disc magnets can withstand temperatures up to a maximum of 120 °C or 150 °C. The maximum operating temperature is indicated in the data sheet of the selected magnet.
