Electropermanent magnetic chuck FXL-305/50 500x320x66 50/24

The FXL magnetic chucks with poles of 50mm are used to securely clamp workpieces measuring approximately 100x100mm with low material thickness. Magnetic poles with dimensions of 50x50mm generate a magnetic field that permeates approximately 12mm in the piece, which is why they are particularly suitable for pieces with small dimensions and low thickness. Especially with small workpieces, more pole transitions are covered, which ensures more uniform clamping. The nominal holding force is 160 N/cm2 = 4 kN per pole.
