A magnetic beam mounted above a belt conveyor is used for catching of undesirable steel or iron elements from transported substances (food industry, processing of plastics, mineral raw materials, recycling, etc.). Mounted at a angle, can also be used as a chute separator. Watertight housing made of acid-proof steel OH18N9 (1.4301),(304) contains a magnetic circuit with neodymium magnets. It is a bottom surface of the beam which is magnetic active. The beam’s both ends are equipped with two threaded apertures M10 (spaced 38mm) for mounting.
