FX Return Plan.
The average lifespan of our FX products largely depends on how they are used. However, reducing the amount of material that ends up in landfills is a major goal of our circular economy model.

For VEGA TECHNIK, taking back our products and reusing some of their parts is a key strategy.
Our FX magnetic lifters are equipped with a “GREEN DOT”, an NFC chip that provides users with technical documentation, usage instructions, and more.
This innovative technological feature, which can be activated by any smartphone, can also be used to initiate the return plan and allow the customer to receive the residual value of the FX magnetic lifter at the end of its life.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Place your smartphone’s NFC reader near the GREEN DOT located on top of the lifter and check the residual value of your FX lifter.

2. Follow the link to access your personal area on our website and start the return and refund process by following the guided steps.

Each FX magnetic lifter is assigned a minimum residual value, viewable via NFC. This value is refunded by Vega Technik to the customer when the lifter is returned at the end of its service life. We will reuse the magnetic material to produce new FX lifters.
This means the FX magnetic lifter is future-proof and becomes an almost immortal product.
