Electropermanent magnetic chuck FXL-410/70 390x1000x66 70/40

The FXL magnetic chucks with 70mm poles are used to securely clamp workpieces measuring approximately 150x150mm and with material thicknesses starting from approx. 15mm. Magnetic poles with dimensions 70x70mm generate a magnetic field that permeates approximately 18mm into the workpiece, which is why they are particularly suitable for workpieces with larger dimensions. Excellent air gap behavior also allows for the safe clamping of pieces with irregular shapes. Furthermore, extensions with greater stroke can be used on the 70mm poles to compensate the height of irregularly shaped pieces.
The nominal holding force is 160 N/cm2 = 7.8 kN per pole.
